Respect privacy and ownership
Obtain permission for photographs and testimonials. Do not publish guest phone numbers, invitation secrets, contribution balances, private quotations or identification documents. Use only material you created or are licensed to share.
Keep the community safe
Fraud, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, malicious links and unsolicited bulk advertising are prohibited. Do not use articles or provider messages to request passwords or bypass the platform’s access controls. Disclose any commercial interest in a recommendation.
Review and reporting
User blog submissions are reviewed before publication. Moderators may request changes or remove content that breaches these guidelines. Published provider reviews follow eligibility and moderation rules. Report a concern through Support with the content link and a factual explanation. Avoid republishing harmful material or another person’s private information in your report.
