The displayed total reflects current package tax settings before a coupon. Your invoice freezes the actual price and tax breakdown. Third-party payment or delivery charges are separate where applicable.
AI credits, explained
One AI credit is reserved for one request attempt to a real AI service, such as drafting invitation wording, a checklist or a provider recommendation.
Credits are not money, SMS messages or supplier payments. They do not guarantee bookings, a particular number of words or an accurate answer.
Included allowance and extra credits
Your package may include AI credits. Read the period shown on its card: a monthly allowance resets each calendar month, while a whole-event allowance lasts for the complete paid event term. Unused included allowance does not carry into the next period.
An AI top-up adds the stated number of extra credits after payment is confirmed. It does not replace your package. Extra credits are used after the applicable included allowance and stay available until their own expiry date; they do not reset every month. Unused expired credits cannot be used.
For example, 30 included credits cover up to 30 real request attempts during the period shown. A 100-credit top-up adds up to 100 more attempts, until its displayed expiry.
Which event or business can use them?
Choose the event, organiser workspace or business when buying. Its credits belong to that selected record, rather than your whole account, and are not automatically transferred to another business or event.
Event AI uses that event’s balance first, then an eligible active paid organiser workspace’s shared pool. Outside an event, choose your own workspace or business in your account’s AI charging context; Automatic tries the current view first, then another eligible owned balance.
When is a credit used?
A credit is reserved before the real AI request is sent. A timeout or unknown result can still use it because the provider may already have processed the request. If a configured fallback sends another real request, that attempt can use another credit. A new “try again” request can also use another credit.
Simulation, disabled AI, an empty provider search and replaying the same recorded request do not use another credit. An unavailable service does not use a credit for that attempt before a real request is reserved; a real fallback request can use one.
Availability and an empty balance
AI must be enabled and connected to a tested, healthy real service. Consent, model limits and platform spending controls still apply. Buying credits does not switch on an external service or provide unlimited AI.
When no eligible balance remains, new real AI requests are blocked. You can keep using the manual tools and ordinary provider directory, buy an available top-up, renew an applicable package or wait for a monthly allowance to reset. No top-up is bought automatically.
A few things worth knowing
Do I need a separate account for every event or service?
No. Use one account for several events or businesses. Each business can offer several service categories and detailed services. Select a package for the scope you want to upgrade.
Are SMS or WhatsApp messages included?
No SMS segments are included in these launch packages. SMS needs a configured, tested delivery service and a suitable allowance. Cheap local-route SMS bundles are not currently for sale. WhatsApp sharing opens the sharing tool; it does not include a paid WhatsApp messaging service.
What is an AI credit, and when is it used?
One credit covers one real AI request attempt, not a shilling, SMS or guaranteed result. Your package states whether its included allowance is monthly or for the whole event term. Extra credits have a separate expiry. A timeout or an additional live fallback attempt can still use credits; read the explanation above before buying.
How AI credits workWhat happens at expiry or when I change packages?
Renew when you choose. Expiry does not delete events, services or accounting records. Capacity returns to the applicable default or another active entitlement. A new paid plan starts after confirmation; there is no automatic prorated refund or automatic debit.
Does paying guarantee a homepage position or verification?
No. Homepage eligibility follows the platform’s current rules. Administrators can allow all published providers or select eligible plans and individual listings. Display positions rotate. Publication, identity verification and paid placement are separate decisions.
How do I pay?
Request an invoice from your account and follow the platform’s approved payment instructions. If settlement details are not published, contact support from your account. Paid access stays pending until payment is confirmed; never send money to an unverified number.
