Choose the right scope
Plans may apply to one event, an organizer workspace, a provider business or separate service credits. Read the published features, limits, validity, currency, price and renewal terms. Only published offers are available for selection.
Review the request
Select the record you own that should receive the entitlement. Review the invoice and any applicable discount or tax before arranging payment through the supported instructions. An invoice is not proof that payment has been received. A no-charge activation does not create a fictional payment.
Check status and expiry
Follow the invoice or subscription status in Billing. An authorized operator verifies external payment evidence where required. Simulator outcomes never activate a paid service as a real payment. Expiry can block new premium actions while preserving records. Contact Support about a mismatch, refund request or plan eligibility question.
